Five core applications are ‘always on’ and at the heart of the SPICE Framework eco-system. Amongst these are the SPICE Reporting Tools. The reporting tools keep businesses informed, summarising business critical information through clear and accessible infographics and text-based feedback.

The SPICE Reporting Tools gather and compare information on individuals, teams and the whole business, generating simple text and graphics-based summaries.

To give an example, imagine there is one team in one location or task area and another elsewhere or in another task area. Use the SPICE Reporting Tools to help compare the two to each other and potentially to the business as a whole. The same can of course apply to individuals.

Information generated from the SPICE Reporting Tools does not tell the whole story. It can’t. It does however inform decision-making, especially when Individuals and Teams might be working remotely.

To add to the benefit of the SPICE Reporting Tools, reporting is simply in the form of generalised averages of a number of reports (the mean). The application will also report on the mid-point of responses (the median) and most frequent responses (the mode).
