SPICE Framework micro-learning units may be accessed on demand from any web-enabled device, with each prioritising the development of practical knowledge and skills that can be applied in a business setting.

It is important to stress that when a business purchases a programme, the micro-learning units become theirs to keep and to use time and again.

We are delighted to work with businesses to ensure programmes meet business needs and delivery requirements. For example programmes may be delivered as face-to-face, if required. Get in touch with us for more information.

If businesses would like to access programmes in other formats (for example as face-to-face delivery), they are welcome to do so.

Programmes may also be accessed as a blend of formats, for example micro-learning supported by coaching.

Remember all SPICE Framework programmes are supported by ongoing evaluation and impact assessments as standard.
