SPICE Framework

SPICE Framework

Balancing Strategy

Virtually all decisions include a degree of personal judgment and discretion either in terms of the decision itself or its implementation.

All decisions involve a balancing between what is learned from experience or the evidence and the insight, intuition and gut feeling.

The SPICE Framework provides tools and resources to aid in reliably and consistently balance factors influencing our decision-making. It improves the quality and efficiency of decision-making.
